OneSite Senior Support Specialist – Corporate – Panama City, FL

Job Summary:

This is a description of the major responsibilities of this position. The RealPage/OneSite Senior Support Specialist is the company liaison between the OneSite application and Administrative site staff to ensure a positive working relationship throughout Royal American Management. These job duties are subject to change according to department requirements. This is a summary and is not meant to include all activities that may be required to successfully perform in this job.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Corporate Staff Members in the absence of Realpage/OneSite Director.
  • Develop and maintain extensive working knowledge of the RealPage/OneSite product(s).
  • Identify and advise the Realpage/OneSite Director of issues that surface from RealPage/OneSite product and/or users.
  • Provide corporate office and site staff support by answering questions and training, as needed, relating to Realpage OneSite Support chapter of the Procedures Manual and the use of the RealPage/OneSite product(s).
  • Identify and advise the Realpage/OneSite Director of ad hoc training needs based on issues that surface from RealPage/OneSite product users.
  • Ensure all Correction to Resident Balances are processed in the required timeline and are attached to applicable location in OneSite.
  • Ensure all Final Account Statements are processed within the required timeline.
  • Scan documents into OneSite Document Management to support transaction changes, rent changes, etc.
  • Review reports in software to ensure accuracy for month end reports/financials.
  • Assist with closing all properties in Realpage/OneSite Leasing and Rents each month for the purpose of Accounting Month End/Year End.
  • Produce and provide all applicable OS owner reports necessary for Monthly outside owner financial packages.
  • Assist Onesite Director with begin and end management procedures for transitioning properties in relation to Realpage/Onesite.
  • Assist President, Vice President(s), Regional Managers, etc with reporting issues/questions.
  • Work with the accounting department to research any discrepancies from between the G/L and OneSite when needed, including but not limited to security deposits, bank deposit amounts, etc.
  • Work with IT in troubleshooting issues and at minimum informing if there is any technical problem.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Must have strong initiative and ability to prioritize, with good organizational skills, strong follow up and follow through, and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms
  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with users and coworkers
  • Ability to effectively organize and maintain data
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years experience in the property management industry
  • Three years experience with Realpage/OneSite product(s) is required
